Rebecca Pipkin is a visual artist living and working in Phoenix, Arizona. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Art from the University of Oklahoma and has exhibited her work nationally. Having lived a transient life, she is influenced by the places and homes she has loved and lost. Her work explores themes of memory, displacement, and the transience of architecture through materials that she collects and finds. Using remnants of place, she strives to capture the viewer in a suspended moment in time that can bring them to a remembered or imagined space.
